Duties

• Coordinate on event staff recruitment, training, booking and follow up 
• Arrange bookings of performers, models, MCs and interpreters
• Communicate and negotiate with various suppliers and clients
• Prepare candidates' profiles and update database
• Ensure all event materials are recorded and filed properly
• Prepare invoices, reports, payrolls and others documents after the events
• Provide ideas and implement new tools for the development of the team
• Assist in handling projects from proposal to execution

Requirements

• University graduate preferred
• Proficiency in Chinese and English (both spoken & written). This role will be working with an expatriate manager, so fluent spoken English is essential.
• 1-2 years experience in event industry 
• Experience in human resources management is preferable
• Highly organized, independent and mature
• Hard working with good problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Creative, energetic and enthusiastic
• Willing to work overtime and able to work independently
• Proficiency in PC skills (Power Point, Excel and Word)

Salary   Negotiable
