Responsibilities: 

• Take care of all administrative duties of the Society including but not limited to meeting arrangement, replenish stationery & pantry supplies, arrange mailing and equipment maintenance service, keep and update office inventory list, maintain office cleanliness and tidiness etc.;
• Receive incoming guests and answer incoming enquiries;
• Handle publication and merchandise on-line and walk-in sales;
• Provide clerical support to the Administration Office;
• Perform outdoor delivery duties and bank-in & related issues; and
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/ or management from time to time. 

Requirements: 

• F.5 and above;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Ability to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing);
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
• Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during peak seasons.
