Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set goals, objectives and strategies for the department and its business development;
  • Review Key Performance Indexes for the department and set action items for teams to follow up;
  • Establish & implement internal control procedures and system modification;
  • Analyze customer specific demands and translate into solutions;
  • Maintain relationship with clients’ management team;
  • Ensure client data is maintained in high level of integrity;
  • Assist in business development and to identify opportunities for cross-selling of company services;
  • Ensure payroll process & services quality are delivered in high quality & timely manner;
  • Coordinate with other Payroll teams in APAC region, review local countries’ deliverables and liaise with all stakeholderssubord to resolve issues;
  • Lead, coach & develop inates;
  • Monitor and control the completion of timecard, billing, debt recovery and credit control actions in the department;
  • Responsible for preparing/reviewing invoices and collections

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder.
  • A minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in payroll, retirement fund, salaries tax and well versed in related legislation;
  • Experience in managing a team with payroll will be an advantage;
  • Experience in professional service firm with strong client servicing skills is preferable; 
  • Excellent leadership skills and people management skills.
  • A team player with good communication skill;
  • Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work;
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is highly preferred
