We are looking for a Senior Administrator or HR Officer to support our expanding business across Asia. . China market experience is essential as you need to be familiar with local employment legislation, invoicing (Fapiao) procedures, managing local vendors, etc. 

Duties:

• Provide office administration support, including but not limited to, meeting room utilization and other services booking, office equipment maintenance, office supplies, and records keeping
• Provide logistic support and arrangement for business trips and meetings
• Providing administrative support to our team of recruitment consultants (such as typing/formatting letters, emails, reports and presentations, maintaining calendars, submission of time sheets, claims and expenses)
• On-boarding of new employees
• Credit control
• Support with managing local employment contracts
• Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in office administration or Human Resources
• Higher Diploma or above
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and oral)
• ideally experience in a recruitment or sales based business
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office
