Job Description
Reports To: Manager, Relocation Services
Division/Department: Relocation
Position Summary
- Update and maintain the company’s property database
- Conduct cold calls to enrich portfolio of listings
- Administrate Temporary Accommodation booking
- Provide administrative support to Real Estate Department and Tenancy Management (if applicable) including but not limited to land search, company search, coordination of schedule of properties visit, assistance on the filing, system updates, etc..
Qualifications
Education, Experience and Knowledge
Diploma or above
1 year Residential Leasing experiences
Working Experience in a Relocation Company and/or EAA license holder is a plus
Competencies and skills:
- Strong oral and written skills in English &Self Starter
- Computer skills
- Understanding of lease market process and resources
- Negotiation skills
- Can-do Attitude
