HR & Admin Assistant

Responsibilities 

• Maintain daily HR operations including up-to-date personnel records, attendance system and leave administration;

• Provide general administrative support, office maintenance and purchase of office supplies etc.;

• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements 

• Form 7 or above, certificate or equivalent holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related ordinances;
• At least 1 years relevant working experience in Human Resources or Administration support;
• Detail-minded, reliable, independence, well organized and able to work under pressure;
• Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
