Job Description
HR & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
-
Maintain daily HR operations including up-to-date personnel records, attendance system and leave administration;

Provide general administrative support, office maintenance and purchase of office supplies etc.;

Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Form 7 or above, certificate or equivalent holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related ordinances;
- At least 1 years relevant working experience in Human Resources or Administration support;
- Detail-minded, reliable, independence, well organized and able to work under pressure;
- Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is an advantage
