Job Description

岗位职责:

1、 負責接聽電話,接待來訪客人

2、 負責管理辦公室日常事務,包括辦公設備的保養、文具採購以及處理快遞等

3、 去稅務局、註冊處等部門辦理相關業務。

4、 負責與深圳公司的工作接洽事務

5、 完成主管安排的其他事務

 

岗位要求:

1、 粤语流利,会基本的英语沟通

2、 熟练使用MS Word和Excel软件

3、 良好的沟通协调人际交往能力

4、 有1-2年工作经验优先。

 

Responsibilities:

1、 Responsible for answering the telephone, receiving guests

2、 Responsible for the management of daily office affairs, including maintenance of office equipment, stationery procurement and processing express, etc

3、 To the revenue, the registry department to handle relevant business.

4、 Responsible for the work engaged with the Shenzhen company

5、 Finish other affairs arranged by the superior

 

Requirements

1、 Fluent in Cantonese, basic English communication skill.

2、 Skilled in using MS Word and Excel software,

3、 Good interpersonal communication skill and cooperation in harmony

4、 With 1 or 2 years working experience is preferred.
