• University graduate of Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• Detail-oriented, energetic, flexible and sense of responsibilities
• Dynamics, team player, self-initiative with good interpersonal skills
• Conversant with computer skills in using MS Word and Excel
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external parties for events arrangement
• Responsible for preparing marketing schedules and promotion materials
• Support on updating marketing calendar, research and venue booking
