Responsibilities:

-          Monitor local stock inventory and update records

-          Process and fulfill orders for designated customer accounts

-          Data entry, accounts receivable and invoicing

-          Manage Credit Control for Customers

-          Maintaining financial reports, routine sales and performance reports

-          Ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

-          A university graduate with excellent command of spoken and written English

-          5 years working experience

-          Applicants must be computer literate and have excellent MS Excel skills.

-          Attention to detail and high level of numeracy is essential.

-          Must be self-motivated, reliable with strong communication and organisational skills.

-          Immediate start.

-          Energetic, resourceful, and results-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
