Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily accounting operations, including:

               -Accounts payables and receivables
               -Month and Year-end process
               -Cash receipts and payroll
               -General ledger

• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce finance reports or statements;
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and procedures; 
• Manage HR administrative duties including recruitment, on-boarding, and recording keeping;
• Supervise part-time contractors of Data Science team;
• Provide general office administrative support;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

 Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles;
• Proactive, details-oriented, responsible, flexible, and self-motivated;
• Comfortable working in a face-paced start-up environment;
• Good speaking and writing skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
• Good computer skills on accounting software and MS Office.
