Customer Service Representative (Call Centre); 5-Day; Kowloon Bay; HK$14K-16K; Fresh Grad Welcome! No Experience Needed!
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to both local and overseas client
- Handle customer enquiries and complains
- Perform shipment tracing
- Investigate and settle disputes
Requirment
- 1 year customer service experience preferably
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focus with good telephone manner
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Fresh Graduate are also welcomed!
