The Role:

• Strategize, direct and implement talent acquisition tool, digitization, and processes to ensure high performing talents are recruited in the most candidate centric, innovative and timely manner
• Responsible for mobility, key hiring and other talent acquisition projects
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and universities; develop and support programs that infuse talent into the organization such as management trainees and internship programs
• Partner with Country HR Heads to ensure the identification, development and retention of key talents
• Engage in talent review, succession planning, and other performance management framework review and execution
• Be the champion of Employer Branding and related internal communication and staff engagement activities in order to drive a more collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• With at least 10 years of professional HR experience gained from luxury or services industry
• Solid Experience in Talent Acquisition and Development with business exposure in a regional context
• People oriented, seasoned & detail-minded
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
