Job Scope:

• Provide full range of general office administrative support, such as maintenance, facilities management, order stationary/pantry supplies etc
• Provide secretarial support to General Manager
• Assist office renovation project
• Assist general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting client
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Experience & qualifications:

• Diploma or above
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in office administration duties
• Good interpersonal skills, telephone manner, communication & problem solving skill
• Pleasant, mature, presentable, self-motivated and responsible
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
• Immediate available is preferrable
