Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shop construction projects of Asia Pacific region for both DOS and Wholesales / Travel Retail to ensure the design & construction of stores meets the criteria of corporate image
- Overall project management of interior fitting out and associated A&A work for luxury retail projects in Hong Kong, China and other Asia Pacific Region
- Negotiate tenders and contracts with relevant parties to initiate the process of the store Set-up Repair and Maintenance
- Verification of tender documents and coordinate & prepare related of documents
- Monitor the performance of sub-contractors, main-contractors and consultancies and review method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Reviewing and ensure all materials used by vendors and consultants are as per brand standardsin order to maintain consistent worldwide luxury image
- Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
Requirement:
- Education in relevant discipline
- 6 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry with 2years’ managerial experience.
- Regional experience is a must
- Detail minded, able to identify issues and problems solver
- Experience in project management and liaising with multiple involved parties
- Proficient in computer drawing softwares
- Excellent communication skills and is in both languages
