Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for client service and contract issues
•Liaise and follow up with clients to maintain good customer relationship
• Handle client enquiries and complain , and provide customer services in a professional manner
• Co-ordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately

Job Requirements:
• Form 5 graduate or above
• 3 years of working experiences or above, with customer service experience
•Strong analysis and problem solving capability
•Patient, pleasant personalities and able to communicate with all levels
•Team player,multi-tasking,self motivated and able to work independently 
•Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
•Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferable

 負責客戶服務及合約事項；

 聯絡及跟進客戶，與客戶保持良好關係；

 處理客戶查詢及投訢，為客戶提供專業客戶服務；

 與公司各部門進行協調，確保能迅速及適度地處理客戶的問題。

 職位要求:

 中五或以上程度

 3年或以上工作經驗，具客戶服務經驗

 良好分析及處理問題能力

 性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力

 有團隊合作精神，能同時處理多樣工作，主動及能獨立工作

 良好中文及英文讀寫能力

 良好MS Word、Excel及中文打字電腦技巧
