Shipping & Admin Officer (Japanese Speaking) (Food Service)

Duties:

• Handle full set of I/E documents, L/C and banking documents
• Provide sales support within the department and follow adhoc tasks assigned by supervisor
• Prepare regular reports and documentations
• Provide secretarial support to management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Around 1-2 years shipping experience in trading, shipping or related experience
• Familiar with SAP System, or other trading related systems
• Good in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good communication skills
• Positive and hardworking attitudes
• Good command in Japanese, English, Cantonese and Mandarin, strong skill in reading & speaking Japanese
