The Job:

• Assistant Officer is mainly responsible for processing and handling documents according to general procedures and standards; maintaining and updating records and filling systems; and providing administration and clerical support.
• Customer Services Officer is mainly responsible for handling telephone enquiries; validating data and updating records; and providing administration and logistics support.

The Person:

• 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese. Degree holder is preferred for Customer Services Officer.
• 1 year's work experience preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and service-oriented.
• Knowledge of MS Windows application including Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing is required for candidate applying for Assistant Officer.
