Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Drive and manage our suppliers to execute pre-defined production schedules
• Develop an intact information flow between German Design Team and our suppliers
• Prepare operational analysis, reports and recommendations
• Assist in setting up and formulate operation plans to ensure successful on-time project delivery
• Provide all-rounded support to ensure efficient and smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder is preferred but not necessary
• At least 1-year work experience in relevant or similar field
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word-processing is mandatory
• Experience with Mac OSX and Tradelink is a plus
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Weekly day trip to Shenzhen is required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
