Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in all QA functions to include but not limited to driving ISO certification, conduct survey, arrange mystery shoppers, spot check and manage assessment tools (software / hardware)
- Deliver and implement soft skill and work flow trainings to customer service and on-site frontline staff of our property management business
- Identify training needs and develop training programs
- Conduct on-site coaching to enhance customer service skill and knowledge
- Assist in enhancing product knowledge and handover workflow, aligning to Corporate culture and direction
- Monitor service quality and provide improvement recommendation
- Develop and enhance training manuals and other training media regularly
- Track, analyze and report training effectiveness for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- University graduate with 3-4 years' solid work experience in ISO certification and training delivery & facilitation
- Prior experience in property management and/or handover projects highly preferred
- Highly customer-oriented, good communication and facilitation skills
- Good in MS Office to include PowerPoint, MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proactive, can-do, responsible, multi-task and enjoy team work
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
