Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Booking meeting rooms and arrange necessary preparations as required
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software, such as furniture maintenance, office cleaning, and etc.
  • Handling other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Secondary education with 1 year relevant experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
