Key Responsibilities

• To provide support and services to SVP Finance in planning, preparing and coordinating with other parties so the SVP Finance can work more efficiently
• Perform full spectrum of professional administrative and secretarial support
• Manage SVP’s agenda, calendar, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of the agenda
• Take care of personal and confidential matters including scheduling personal activities and processing expense claims
• Event coordination
• Coordinate with internal and external parties proactively and independently in order to support SVP
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Follow up project progress on behalf of SVP Finance

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
• At 5 years relevant working experience in an international company, experience in garment manufacturer is a plus;
• Experience in working with CEOs and top management;
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, French is a plus;
• Responsible, proactive, hands-on, multi-tasked and committed person;
• Impeccable presentation and excellent communication skills;
• Immediately available is a plus
