Our client is a European luxury retailer with great exposure in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a Retail Training Manager to join the team.  

The Job:

• Report to the Managing Director, to initiate, drive and lead retail training for HK and Macau and APAC region 
• To in line with the global training curriculum, responsible for the timely delivery of all corporate training in the region
• Ensure all training is executed to the highest standards and meets the requirement of a luxury retail 
• Identify commercial opportunities and monitor retail KPIs at store level and create a training plan and execute
• Conduct TTT sessions and provide coaching and development of store management and Field Trainers to ensure consistent and effective delivery of training in stores 
• Partner with global training team to ensure material provided is localized appropriately 
• Collect feedback from store teams on training programs

The Candidate:

• Degree holder in any disciplines 
• Solid experience in retail management experience and exposure to training field 
• High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese  
• Strong retail business acumen and analytical skills, action-oriented
• Strong leadership and coaching skills 
• Positive mentality/attitude is a must
