Reporting to the Head of Group Human Resources and Administration, the incumbent will be responsible for supervising a team of office administration support staff to provide high quality of office administrative services and office resource allocation for the Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sziable team to provide professional office administration service
• Review, formulate and implement office administration policies and procedures to achieve the highest standard of efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage all leasing and tenancy matters
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors/service providers and ensure the service quality level and cost effectiveness
• Conduct contract renewal and related tendering process
• Prepare annual budget and control office administration cost
• Responsible for the office renovation and relocation project
• Prepare periodical reports/cost analysis for management review
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience with 5 years at managerial level in sizable company
• Experienced in managing office renovation project is an definite asset
• Proficient in MS office including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good team player, self-motivated, independent and well-organized
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and coaching skills
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available will be an advantage
