Job Responsibility

• Organize training programs, prepare teaching materials for automotive product and technical trainings

• Conduct training courses for automotive salesmen, product experts, technicians, mechanics and service advisors

• Monitor and motivate the learning process of participants during allocated training courses

• Carry out assessment to evaluate qualification of training candidates

• Support overseas trainers and act as interpreter in training courses conducted by foreign trainers

• Attend overseas training and conduct repeating courses when returned

• Develop teaching methods and teaching aids

• Ensure training facilities and equipment are well maintained

Requirement

• Diploma in automotive engineering, higher certificate in motor vehicle engineering or related engineering discipline

• Completion of HK Government recognized technician apprenticeship in automobile industrial

• 3 years relevant working experience in automotive industry after completion of the automotive technician apprenticeship

• Good presentation skills. Teaching experience in automotive training school, college would be an advantage

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must, Putonghua would be an advantage)

• Proficient in Microsoft application, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
