Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Sales Team
- Support Sales Team to communicate and coordinate sales related issues with customer
- Prepare quotations, reports and other sales & services related document
- Follow up orders and ensure on time delivery
- Other ad hoc projects if required
Requirements:
- F.5 or above (Fresh Graduated are welcomed)
- Minimum 1 years related working experience
- Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Mature, self-motivated, well organized, responsible and able to work independently
- Good team player
- Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediately available is preferred
- Alternative Saturday Every 4 weeks
