Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising the entire pre-production, production and post-production
• Liaise and communicate with clients and vendors
• Support in sourcing and production of event materials
• Provide on-site support including venue management and logistics coordinations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
• 2-year of experience in event management or corporate training industry is an advantage
• Computer skills in Mac, Keynote and Pages
• A good team player with pleasant personality, being helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and pro-active working attitude
• Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, and good communication skills in English and Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Project Assistant
