The primary responsibility of the Flight Training Administrative Officer is to monitor, document and ensure all Flight Crew are compliant with the required training and standardization checks as outlined by the TAG Asia Aviation training department and the specified aviation regulatory authorities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinating for pilot’s training including eLearning, initial and recurrent training
• Managing the pilot ‘s travel and accommodation needs for training events
• Ensure the training comply with HKCAD and/or Foreign CAA’s requirements and TAG training manual
• Tracking and maintaining a record of all flight training requirements for TAG pilots, including but not limited to Proficiency Check, Line Training and Checking
• Monitoring and handling pilot’s documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to pilot licence and its associated certificate, Crew Chinese visa and Crew Member Certificate
• Utilise FOS for planning and reporting upcoming training and checking events
• Providing general administrative duties
• Providing support for contract crew recruitment team when necessary

• Proven experience or studies in aviation flight operations is an asset
• Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Responsible, enthusiastic with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.
• Must be able to set priorities and manage time effectively
• Committed team player
