Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, design and deliver all-rounded trainings to frontline new joiners and existing staffs to support business goals
- Identify training needs by observing branch’s daily operation
- Ensure training materials provide insight to increase customer satisfaction
- Evaluate training performance and implement action plans
- Review the effectiveness of training strategies
- Conduct course review and evaluation for on-going enhancements.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience of coaching, mentoring or training experiences
- Good knowledge of real estate is an advantage
- Customer centric, ability to motivate and innovate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Independent, proactive and highly adaptable to changes in fast-moving environment.
- Superb command in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin.
- Good command of computer knowledge.
