Main duties:

• Assist in organization of events: International Symposium, Seminars, Ceremony and annual events
• Liaise with external parties
• Prepare publicity materials 
• Provide support to the Event Team 
• Assist in office administration and committee work 
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education or above with a minimum of 2 years related working experience with 5 passes in HKCEE or HKDSE, pass in English and Chinese are a MUST. Fresh graduates with excellent writing skills in English may also be considered for the post of Executive Assistant.
• Pleasant personality and positive work attitude are a MUST.
• A good team player with sound interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English is a MUST.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to work independently with initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test. Preference will be given to those with excellent command of English.

We offer 13-month salary, 5-day work, on permanent terms.
