Key Responsibilities
     

• Responsible for data consolidation and analysis, and compilation of regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis on various compensation and benefit programs.
• Provide support in annual C&B exercises including but not limited to market surveys, salary and promotion reviews, benefits review and annual budgetary exercise.
• Maintain central filing of C&B records to ensure records are timely, accurate and comprehensive.
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Preferably with 1-2 years relevant experience in area of compensation & benefits. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with advanced Excel skills.
• Fast-paced, able to work under pressure and good time management.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
