To cope with our business need, Talent Pro is currently looking for a Human Resources & Administration Executive. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of human resources support including recruitment, C&B, training, performance management & employees relations
• Maintain and update records, reports and documents in database system
• Responsible for accurate data management and monitor staff attendance record
• Assist in organizing company social activities
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team such as filing, office maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery ordering
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
• Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested by HR manager

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Management or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
• Possess high professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
• Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills with staff at all levels
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinances and MPF Schemes Ordinance
• Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
