Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties, including handle phone calls, take messages, greeting guests, maintain meeting room schedule, etc.
- Maintain a welcoming and decent image and ensure internal and external communications are conducted in a professional manner
- Support office administrative functions and general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, procurement of stationery and office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, filing, etc.
- Assist in coordination and organization of corporate activities and staff recreational activities
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Form Five / DSE or above
- With formal commercial / secretarial training preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Well-mannered, strong sense of responsibility and cooperative
- Well-organized, good initiative and self-motivated
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is an advantage
