To Job: 

• Responsible for supporting HR Team on the execution and delivery of seamless HR services
• Provide support in on-boarding process, staff movement and off-boarding administration in a professional manner
• Manage and ensure the data in HR system/e-platform are accurate and up-to-date
• Advise and coordinate with team members to resolve HR related enquiries
• Support various HR projects, staff activities and engagement initiatives as required

The Person:

• University Graduate with minimum 1-2 year relevant experience
• HR generalist knowledge plus employee relations skills and knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance is highly preferred
• Customer focused, execute with excellence & detail-minded 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Able to handle diverse responsibilities independently in a fast paced environment
• Good computer skills including English & Chinese Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint
