Job Description
Our client, a sizable Japanese trading co. is looking for the candidate with the following details:
Duties:
- Support in team admin. and order processing, I/E, L/C and bank documents
- Follow up the sales order delivery and order processing
- Secretarial support of the Japanese Manager
- Ad Hoc project
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good Japanese, English and Mandarin
- 1 - 2 years experience in trading co.
- Familiar with Japanese reporting format
- With experience in Sales Administrative, order processing, purchasing etc.
- Familiar with SAP, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
