(Contract Based)

Duties:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Project Team at Airport Area
• Handle both internal and external correspondence, document submission and document control
• Maintain Filing System and submission list
• Assist in handling stationery, office supplies and petty cash
• Assist in ad hoc tasks
• Perform general and administrative duties
• Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Cantonese
• Knowledge of both spoken and written in Japanese is merit
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded and hardworking
• Immediate available is preferable
