Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute on all HR operations activities including assisting with the recruitment process
- Understand and execute on HR plans to support business growth
- Act as a communication bridge between the management and other staff
Recruitment
- Assist management to execute talent acquisition strategy including, reference checking, on-boarding processes, initial collation of information
HR Operations & Administration
- Proactively manage all HR activities to ensure smooth operations, including management whole employee lifecycle
- Ensure all HR documentations are prepared and maintained at a timely and accurate manner, including contract preparation, visa application, tax reporting etc.
- Company and HR procedures and policies and documentation are properly maintained communicated and followed across all levels across the group
- Review, design and implement local HR policies and programs aligned to business needs and communicate effectively
- Well-versed and ensure company policies compliance with in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
Employee Relations
- Ensure company and HR procedures and policies and documentation are communicated and followed across all levels across the group
- Work on team building initiatives with marketing to build an open, communicative and collaborative culture
- Handle ad-hoc projects and related duties when required
Planning
- Work with the management team on headcount and payroll cost budgeting
- Work with the management team to review and analyze organization productivity and cost efficiency and make recommendations according to the business needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5+ years of human resources, with experience gained in MNC or culturally diverse environment (experience in International School will be a plus)
- Hands-on approach with excellent understanding and practical experience in HR operations
- Conversant with Employment Ordinance and business practices
- A good team player with high level of integrity
- Positive work attitude and high learning ability
- Motivated self-starter with initiative
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
