Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides HR and administrative support;
- Handle recruitment and employment contracts;
- Calculate monthly payroll for retail team;
- Daily documents arrangement;
- Liase with suppliers for office supplies and office equipment maintenance;
- Other duties assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above;
- Minimum 2 years working experience;
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks effectively;
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
