About the Company

Our client is a rapid expanding food and beverage group in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a high calibre candidate to support the C&B team as Assistant Manager.

About the Role

You will report directly to the C&B Manager, you are responsible for C&B functions with a focus on payroll operation including monthly payroll calculation, MPF, tax and final payment, etc. You will ensure the payroll process and services quality are delivered with high accuracy and in timely manner. You will also maintain and enhance the performance of the HRIS. Last but not least, you will assist the development of the C&B policies and procedures when necessary.

Requirements

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant majors. You should have at least 4 years of solid payroll experience from a sizeable company, food and beverage or retail industry is preferred. You should be a good team player with strong communication skills. Well-versed in employment ordinance is required. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in usage of IPL system will be an advantage.
