job Description

• Provide secretarial & administrative supports to the senior management staff
• Responsible for office administrative work, including, visa arrangement, basic accounting tasks.
• Supporting work for accounting team including issuing quotations and invoices, and processing bank receipts and payments
• Account Payable & Account Receivable booking
• Assist in month end and year end closing
•  Perform routine accounting operations including cheque payment journal entry to ERP

Requirement

• Form 7 with LCCI , with major in business / Accounting / Food Trading related discipline preferable;
• Mature, high level of integrity, well-organized
• At least 2 year experience in similar position;
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated; responsible; attentive to details; independent; excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Good command of English and Chinese Putonghua mandatory, both oral and written
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Pleasant and cheerful.

Salary 

• 10000 - 12000 HKD / month (negotiable upon experience )
• 13 month Basis
