- Responsible for internal and external documents delivery
- Court filing
- General office administration, such as inventory control for stationery, and supplies minor office maintenance
- Provide administrative support
- Backup reception duties if and when required
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years’ relevant experience
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Conversational English
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to come to office early occasionally
