Job Description:

  • Responsible for internal and external documents delivery
  • Court filing
  • General office administration, such as inventory control for stationery, and supplies minor office maintenance
  • Provide administrative support
  • Backup reception duties if and when required

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Conversational English
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to come to office early occasionally
