As an associate consultant, you are expected to handle the candidate sourcing and matching, as well as interview arrangements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for candidate search and candidate update
• Perform screening of CVs and matching for opportunities
• Coordinate interview arrangements for Senior Consultants and clients
• Properly maintain the accuracy and consistency of the information of the data base
• Support ad hoc projects when assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• Strong client facing skills and sound customer service senses
• Eager to succeed and look for job satisfaction
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as self-discipline
• Excellent command of language proficiency
