Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Focus on staff recruitment, HR operation & administration,
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process, including recruitment and selection, orientation, exit-interview etc.
- Work closely with HR manager and clients for supporting business operations
- Manage candidate database and source effective recruitment channels
- Prepare various HR reports for analysis and management review
- Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirement
- Degree holder or above
- At least 2 years full-time working experience in HR field
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
- Good planning and organizing skills, ability to handle multi-tasks and work independently
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
- Immediate available is preferred
