Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver and maintain quality training to different target participants
- Provide quality and effective training to different target groups (e.g Agency,Distribution Channels, corporate staff )
- Develop and maintain Training programs by specifyingobjectives, content, activities
- conduct course evaluation for further improvement
- Participate in the development of long-term plans, training structure, organization, policies, programs, services and practices in order to accomplish the training mission
- Prepare regular reports on training activities to management
- Participate in new business initiativesfrom the department’s strategic/operational business plan
Requirements:
- University / College graduate plus 4 years of experience in training, sales & service, finance/insurance industry
- OR Form 5 graduate with 8 years of working experience in training, sales & service, finance/insurance industry
- Good training sense in course development, design and evaluation
- Good presentation, communications, and facilitation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in insurance industry preferred
