Bonart’s first botanical art experience shop is looking for Admin Assistant  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative support to event and sales team.
• Handle daily accounting duties such as data entry, invoice proceeding and records keeping
• Responsible for shop operations, in lines with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, including but not limited to stockroom maintenance, receiving, packing, replenishment, and stock transfer
• Assist in store operation and all related issues
• Responsible for Data checking and product upload for online shop
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good command in spoken and written of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Excel and Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Having passion in Art & Design Industry is welcome
• Shift work is required (Sat, Sun and public holiday shift will be subjected to team rotation manner) 
• Immediate available is preferable
