Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the therapist teams to ensure that all customers are served at high standard level.
- Design, formulate and implement training plans to meet with business strategies.
- Provide classroom training and field coaching sessions for both exciting and new comers.
- Monitor therapist performance and further develop their practical skills to high service level.
- Ensure validated alignment with shop managers and other parties such as marketing and operation.
- Design and renew treatment menu for company strategies.
- Prepare training materials and reports for management review.
- Participate in ad hoc projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 5 years work experience in beauty industry with proven track record of 3 years managerial and training experience.
- Experience in designing and executing successful training programs.
- Detailed, proactive with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
- Good spoken and written English and Cantonese.
