Job Description
Requirements:
- University Graduate or equivalent, overseas graduates are welcomed.
- Strong passion on food and beverages service industry and is committed to build a career in the industry.
- Self-motivated to cooperate with team members for various project tasks, be responsible and willing to take challenges.
- Strong language skills (both spoken and written) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Job descriptions:
- Undergo front line trainings to learn industry leading production and service techniques.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant operation & Chinese banquet
- Provide training to staff and to lead a team to achieve the set goal and total guests’ satisfaction
- Responsible for daily restaurant operation and maintain at all times excellent guest relations and ensure professional and personalized services extended to all guests.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating special events and functions.
- Maintain established standards for preparations, presentation and services of food and beverage in order to ensure highest consistent quality at all times
