Summary:

Our client is a leading internal law firm with operations worldwide; they are currently seeking for a HR Officer t to be part of their dynamic team in their Hong Kong office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are keen to explore the legal industry in the long term.

Responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the HR Manager and be part of an HR team, the main responsibilities will include:

• Provide daily HR administrative support to the team
• Provide regular Compensation & Benefits support
• Maintain up to date HR records for generating different reports
• Draft and prepare HR related documents & correspondences
• Supports The Law Society of Hong Kong issues and reporting
• Any other hoc tasks

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience  
• Candidates with legal experience is highly preferred but not essential
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills and strong time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Can do attitude
