Job Description
In this role, you will mainly provide a variety of administrative support to the Product Development team as well as administrative support to other departments on an ad-hoc basis
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new frame models records
- Processing the receipt and shipments of frame samples, including quality test preparations
- Maintenance of the frame display room and frame library
- Data Analysis and reporting
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in administration or similar qualifications/relevant work experience
- At least 2 years working experience in administrative coordinator type role
- Pro-active, hands on team player with a can-do attitude
- Flexible and able to work with deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Adaptable and supportive to change
- Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/O365, Word and Excel etc.
