Summary:

Our client is an international law firm with 47 offices in 20 countries. They are currently seeking for a Legal Secretary to join their corporate team for the office in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative and secretarial support to lawyers
• Responsible for documents formatting and amending
• Manage the calendar and booking appointments/meetings
• Enter timesheet and issue bills
• Assist in personal matters and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary in a law firm
• Good command of spoken/written Cantonese and English
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
• Willing to learn and willing to help
• Excellent working manner, euthanistic and great interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
