Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, mails and welcoming clients.
- Support on customer marketing events from planning, RSVP, communication & liaison with vendors
- Travel and visa arrangements
- Deal with a wide range of suppliers and contractors for general office admin & events organizing
- Work on weekends and public holiday is required with attractive allowance
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1 year working experience in office administration / events coordination
- Solid experience in event organizing and logistic co-ordination skills is preferred
- Pleasant personality, initiative and a good team player, able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high team spirit to work with others
- Confident, proactive, creative and detailed-minded
- Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work with last minute changes is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Immediately available is highly preferred
